Your next stop is the secluded peninsula just west of the Pickham Region known as the Cape West of Pickham.
WARNING: The monsters here can be a bit tough for your current levels so I recommend avoiding them for now.
The first treasure is a Thief Key Chest containing a Seed of Life which is located midway through the peninsula, between three trees. Next, head into the forest to the east to locate a Magic Key Chest which contains an Iron Mask.
