Unlocking Yuelia, the 50th Buddy

Alright, so you've finished the main story of Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time, awesome! You'll find yourself back at your base camp. Your next big goal is to unlock the last Buddy, Yuelia. To do this, head over to the Goddess Statue. You'll notice a butterfly there named Flutter. Chat with Flutter, and it'll ask you for a favor: to gather 50 Golden Celestia's Gifts. Once you hand those over, Flutter will transform into Yuelia!

Now, getting those 50 gifts is going to take a little time. These golden flowers work a lot like the blue ones, but there are a couple of key differences. First off, they *only* spawn on your own island, so you can't pop over to a friend's place to grab them. Second, you can only collect a maximum of five golden flowers per day. This means it's going to take you at least 10 days to get the full 50 needed for Yuelia.

How to Get More Golden Celestia's Gifts:

These golden flowers pop up daily at your base camp, just like the blue ones. But here's the catch: for them to even start spawning, your Island Rating needs to be maxed out. If you're not sure how to boost that, chat with the Goddess Statue and select the option to check your rating – it'll tell you what you need to do. Honestly, if you just leave them be, you'll probably only find 1 or 2 a day, which is super slow. To speed things up, you really need to engage with your Buddies at base camp. Do their requests when they appear, and try giving them presents – the rarer, the better! Doing this will actually increase the number of gold flowers you get each day.

Once you've collected all 50 Golden Celestia's Gifts, head back to Flutter by the Goddess Statue. Hand them over, and you'll see that familiar animation where the statue reverts the Strangeling, revealing your final Buddy, Yuelia! She's a Magician and comes fully powered up, so no need to worry about getting Souped Up Strangelings from Treasure Groves. Plus, her max affinity skill is a sweet +10% item drop rate increase!
