Guide Yuna through the Bikanel Desert in Final Fantasy X-2. Learn how to find items during digs, complete missions, and get the Still of Night Garment Grid.

Alright, you're heading into Bikanel Desert! It's a bit of a trek, but don't worry, I'll walk you through it. Just stick with Rikku for a bit, you'll have a few mandatory fights, and then you'll eventually pass out. When you wake up, you'll be in an Al Bhed camp. You'll get an Al Bhed Primer here, which is pretty neat. There's a Save Sphere so you can pop back to the Celsius if you need to, but you can't really go anywhere else yet.

Before you can really get going with the main mission here, you'll need the Letter of Introduction. If you don't have it yet, you'll need to head back to Djose. Once you've got the letter, head to the northeast corner of the desert. You'll see a scene play out. After that, chat with the two guys nearby, and another scene will kick off. When that's done, find Nhadala, the new person who shows up, and give her the letter. This is what officially starts the mission!

Once you're back in control, tell the pilot to take you to the western part of Bikanel. Here, you'll meet your dig partner, the Picket. They'll explain the basics: you've got about 60 seconds to find an item marked with a yellow cross on your map. Just move Yuna to that spot, and you'll excavate it. If you've got extra time or just want to poke around, you can also dig at the white crosses. These might give you items, money, or even trigger battles.

After you snag the main item, head back to the hovercraft. It'll automatically take you to the western Bikanel Desert. You'll get an Elixir and the Still of Night Garment Grid, which wraps up this part of the adventure.
