    Savage Theron Encounters: When spotted, Savage Locusts, including Savage Theron variants, will spawn behind you. While less fearsome than regular Theron Guards, their Butcher Cleavers deal significant damage. Keep them at a distance.

    Siege Beast Attack: After a cutscene, quickly descend a cliff. A Siege Beast will attack; reach the turret below as fast as possible to deal with enemies and then ascend to face the Siege Beast. You have limited chances before it retreats.

    Chapter 3: Forced Entry - Objective: Enter the locust stronghold without setting off an alarm:
    • Pull out your Hammerburst and shoot the first enemy around the corner.

    Wild Tickers will appear; they are not a threat if they reach the One Shot weapon lying near boxes. The One Shot is too slow for this encounter.

    Proceed to the boxes with the One Shot. Look up at the gate where two Savage Locusts are.

    • After hopping over sandbags, a Gas Barge will drop bombs. Stay under cover and listen to teammates for directions to the next safe spot. Use the Tac/Com if lost.

    Chapter 4: Trench Run - Objective: Get to the Gas Barge landing tower:
    • Go through the raised gate and down the path. You will face a large group of Savage Locusts and Tickers.

    If you don't have a Sawn Off Shotgun, obtain one from a Savage Theron.

    Open the door on the right, down a ramp, to face more Locusts and Tickers.

    Shoot Tickers while they are hanging; they will drop on Locusts below, killing them instantly.

    After a series of cover-hopping encounters, you will face a Savage Corpser. Use the Sawn Off Shotgun to shoot its rear; 2-3 close-range shots should defeat it.

    After the Corpser is dead, a Butcher and two Savage Locusts will emerge from a gate.

    Head right for ammo and Frag Grenades.

  • Keep Savage Theron enemies at a distance due to their powerful Butcher Cleaver attacks.
