Continue down the path and up the ladder into a fight with Savage Locusts and a Savage Boomer. Deal with the turrets by going up to the razor wire.

Down the walkway, the path breaks away. Choose to go to the lower deck (approx. 3 enemies, one on a turret) or the catwalk (similar enemy count, allows sneaking behind the turret). Baird and Carmine usually handle the turret locust by the time you reach it.

Go through the door and down the bridge. A wave of Tickers will appear; fight them off.
