Walkthrough

    Drive to the first victim. A Victim Bar will appear on the top of your screen (the HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap) - Heads-Up Display). If this bar empties, the victim dies, and you will be given another victim to rescue. If three victims die, you fail the mission.

    Get out of the car and kill the Punks attacking the first victim using a Sword.

    Rescue the first victim and have them get into your car.

    Drive to the second victim, get out, kill the Punks with the Sword, and recruit the second victim.

    Drive to the third victim. Get out of the car to let your recruits out; they will help you fight the attackers.

    After rescuing the last victim, drive them to the Tattoo Parlor. Be aware of hoodlums seeking revenge, but they are easy to avoid.

    Inside the Tattoo Parlor, you will ink one of the recruits.

    Nintendo DS Version: Use the Touch Screen to fill in the tattoo. Stay within the gray lines to get a satisfactory rating. A bar on the right side of the screen will decrease if you go outside the lines too much.

    PlayStation Portable Version: Use the Analog Stick to complete sections of the tattoo. You must complete straight and circular motions. A bar on the right side of the screen will fill up if you fail a motion. For circular motions, start where indicated and complete the motion.

    Completing the tattoo successfully finishes the mission.
Tips
  • The mission requires you to use a Sword to defeat the attackers.
  • Ensure you have a four-person vehicle before starting.
  • If cops are nearby when you approach a Drug Dealer (an NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you) - Non-Player Character), they might get spooked and flee. Back away and re-approach them. You cannot kill Drug Dealers.
  • Drug Dealers appear on your radar (minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen)) when you get close. Once interacted with, they permanently appear on your map and Contacts menu.
  • Destroying all 100 Security Cameras and syncing with the Rockstar Games Social Club can make an additional dealer named Sean appear, but this syncing is currently unavailable.
  • Before focusing on Drug Dealing, complete the Excess Delivery side-missions to unlock the Big Pants feature, which doubles your drug carrying capacity.
  • Use the Stash Box at your Safehouse to store excess drugs. Drugs received as rewards during Main Story missions are automatically placed here.

Completing this mission unlocks the Tattoo Parlors in Cerveza Heights and Chinatown. This is Kenny's final mission for now. Following this, you can focus on other activities like Drug Dealing, which is crucial for earning money in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. You need to find 78 additional Drug Dealers throughout Liberty City to progress towards 100% completion. Dealers appear on your radar when you are close.
