Armor

Location: At the top of the base for the Statue of Happiness.

Map: (B-5).

Directions: Climb the stairs by the Hot Dog Stand and you should find the Armor behind the Statue.

Red Dumpster

Location: At the north side of a building.

Weapon: Assault Rifle.

Map: (B-5).

Directions: Go to where the East Pier meets the island. At the northwest corner of this intersection is a building. The Dumpster can be found at the north side of the building.

Hot Dog Stands

Location: At Happiness Island:

• At the northeast corner of the base of the Statue of Happiness.
• At the south side of the base of the Statue of Happiness.
• In the round central plaza at the south side of the island.

Boulevard

El Mezzerino

Location: Near a pier.

Gang: None.

Map: (D-1).

Directions: If you look at your in-game map you should see a lake in the central part of Boulevard which is for Welham Parkway. El Mezzerino can be found across the road north of the park.

Security Cameras

BVD-SC51

Location: On top of a small construction building.

Map: (D-1).

Directions: Go to the four-way intersection at the east end of the Northwood Heights Bridge. From here, head north. To your left is an industrial area with a building at the north end. The entrance into this facility is a ramp at the northwest corner of this building. Climb the ramp then drop down into the facility. The small construction building is at the west side. After destroying the Camera you can leave by the chain-link gate which can only be opened from inside.

BVD-SC52

Location: On the bleachers at the west side of the Baseball Field within Welham Parkway.

Location: At the Baseball Field at the east side of Welham Parkway.

Green Dumpster

Location: Between two buildings.

Map: (D-1).

Directions: Go to the four-way intersection at the east end of the Northwood Heights Bridge. From here, head east along the main road, go through the next four-way intersection, then turn right at the next four-way intersection. Go south, follow the road curve going east, and stop at the next three-way intersection. At the north side of the intersection is an area between two buildings where the Dumpster can be found.

Location: Near a road loop.

Gang: Midtown Gangsters (Heroin).

Map: (D-2).

Directions: From El Mezzerino [BVD-D49], head south back to the road then turn left. Continue east then turn left at the three-way intersection with the main road. Follow the main road then turn right at the next three-way intersection. Proceed south and take the next road curve going left. Right after this curve you should see another curve going right. However, instead of taking this curve, continue east and off the road. Just after going off the road you should see Kwan appear on your map near a road loop.

Location: On a fence corner.
