Luring Girl Into Alley

Neighborhood: La Mesa, on Vespucci Blvd in an alley next to the La Mesa Ammu-Nation.

Walkthrough

Approach the woman in the alley unarmed.

She will lead you to another place nearby where you will be ambushed.

Quickly pull out a weapon, preferably silenced, and kill them both.

You will more than likely get a 1-Star Wanted Rating, so quickly flee the scene. If you used a silenced weapon, you may be able to avoid the Rating.

Drunk Driver 1

Neighborhood: La Puerta, near Palomino Ave. and Bay City Avenue.

Car Thief 2

Neighborhood: Los Santos International Airport, at the south corner of the intersection of Exceptionalists Way and Autopia Parkway.

The Altruist Cult

After the mission "Mr. Philips", check your emails for a message from Ron about a place in the hills where people are looking for lost souls to save, who are actually cannibals. As Trevor, you can take people from certain Encounters to the Cult instead of their actual destinations, receiving $1,000 per person. Delivering the first person grants the {Altruist Acolyte} Accomplishment. You can deliver up to four people.

Walkthrough

When you deliver the last person, they will turn on you, initiating a major shootout.

Use your Special ability and kill nearby enemies with your Carbine Rifle and Assault Shotgun.

Head to the large building to your left and use it as cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) while killing most of the remaining enemies.

Go onto the covered porch to get Body Armor and continue to kill the remaining Cultists, some of whom are on higher ground.

After killing all Cultists, go around the Compound.

Find four briefcases containing $25,000 each (totaling $100,000) on the porches of homes on the west side of the Compound.

Tips

Killing all the Cultists will cause them to disappear from the game, making it easier to enter and exit the Compound.
The following Encounters can be used to deliver people to the Cult: Snatched, Escape Paparazzi, Drunk Driver 1, Drunk Driver 2, Hitch Lift 3, and Hitch Lift 4.
Encounters not recommended for delivering to the Cult include Getaway Driver (unlocks Packie for Heists, $1,000 reward), Burial ($60,000 reward), Hitch Lift 2 (unlocks Ursula for Booty Calls), and Domestic (unlocks Golfing part).
