Complete Grand Theft Auto VI Part 128 walkthrough, including how to get 100% score with 14 headshots and complete objectives.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Wake up in a body bag, surprise the interns, and grab the provided Combat Pistol.
  2. 2
Check the bodies for your target's tag, which is on the incorrect one. You will automatically call Dave.
  3. 3
Head upstairs, fighting multiple agents using various firearms, including Shotguns. Take their weapons.
  4. 4
Find Health on the reception desk if needed.
  5. 5
As you approach the stairs, another agent will attack. Dave will inform you your weapons are on the top floor.
  6. 6
Fight more agents as you climb the stairs.
  7. 7
At the top floor, fight multiple agents coming from the stairwell before reaching your weapons.
  8. 8
After reclaiming your weapons, escape through the window.
  9. 9
You will have a 3-Star Wanted Rating (a measure of police attention). Lose the police by going to the train tunnel loop at Carson Ave. and Brouge Ave., southeast of your position.
  10. 10
After losing the Wanted Rating, meet Franklin at the Murrieta Oil Fields.
  11. 11
You will call Dave and be told to meet his boss Downtown.
  12. 12
Meet Franklin; the mission is completed successfully.
Tips
  • To achieve 100% score, aim for 70% accuracy and 14 headshots (many agents provide opportunities).
  • Complete the mission within 9 minutes and 30 seconds by killing agents quickly and using the train tunnel to lose the Wanted Rating efficiently.
  • For the "Focused Killer" requirement, use Michael's Special Ability (a gameplay mechanic that slows time) to kill four enemies on the lower floor. Use it as soon as prompted and kill agents up the hallway. If your Special Ability is maxed out, you should have enough to kill several agents.
  • The "Unmarked" requirement is also part of the 100% score.
Walkthrough
  1. 1
Go to the plaza and find Dave to meet his boss, Steve Haines.
  2. 2
After the cutscene (a cinematic sequence that advances the story), walk with Dave to his car.
  3. 3
Drive to the Meeting Point at the Oil Fields. You will be forced to call Franklin and learn Trevor is involved in extracting Mr. K.
  4. 4
Upon arrival at the Oil Fields, a cutscene will play, bringing Michael, Franklin, and Trevor together for the first time.
  5. 5
You will auto-switch to Trevor. Fly to the Agency Headquarters.
  6. 6
You will auto-switch to Michael. Rappel down to your objective without being seen; long jumps can help.
  7. 7
Once in position, use the cinematic camera to observe. You will be prompted to smash the window.
  8. 8
Quickly switch to Franklin, who is positioned across the way with a Sniper Rifle.
  9. 9
    Shoot several agents.
  10. 10
Switch back to Michael and quickly kill all remaining agents before leaving.
  11. 11
You will auto-switch back to Franklin, who must shoot down incoming Choppers. Shoot the pilot of the first chopper to bring it down quickly.
  12. 12
From here, you can switch to either Trevor or Michael.
  13. 13
Do not try to shoot down more choppers. Switch to Trevor and let Michael shoot down the remaining choppers as you fly back to the Oil Fields. Michael should shoot down the last chopper before you arrive.
  14. 14
If Michael does not shoot down the last chopper, hover above the depot until it is downed.
  15. 15
Land the chopper at the depot to successfully complete the mission.
Tips
  • For the 100% score "Time" requirement (7 minutes and 30 seconds), timing is tight. Switch to Trevor after shooting down the first chopper as Franklin. Michael can shoot down the other choppers more easily and faster when you control Trevor.
  • For the "Accuracy" requirement (60%), aim carefully.
