- 4Drive the Mesa a short distance, then exit the vehicle while in the air.
- 5Go to the Yellow Jack Inn to find the suspects for The Civil Border Patrol mission.
- 6Leave the inn and return to your vehicle.
- 7Chase the Mariachis over the hills until they crash.
- 8Use the provided Stun Gun on the Mariachis.
- 9Steal the band's Tornado.
- 10Before entering the bar, equip a Carbine Rifle, then holster it.
- 11Upon exiting the bar, quickly re-equip the Carbine Rifle and shoot out at least one of the Mariachis' tires before they can drive off.
- 12Follow the dog down the path to find someone stuck in a tree.
- 13Free the person, who introduces himself as Dom.
- 14Get into the Helicopter when it lands.
- 15After the pilot flies to another area, jump out of the Helicopter near Mount Chiliad and land on the summit.
- 16Get on a bike and wait for Dom.
- 17Race Dom down the mountain into Paleto Forest.
- 18Cut across the curve just before the finish line to get the last checkpoint (an auto-save point you restart from on death) and win the race.

- For the 100% score in The Civil Border Patrol, stop the band within forty seconds by shooting out at least one of their tires before they can drive off.
- For the 100% score in Risk Assessment, fall for seven seconds before opening your parachute.
- For the 100% score in Risk Assessment, get two seconds of air during the bicycle race by finding a large rock ramp on the west side of Mount Chiliad, just after the path splits and rejoins, and then splits again.
- For the 100% score in Risk Assessment, win the bicycle race.
