    After receiving the call, go to La Mesa and get the Bus.

    Drive the Bus to each stop until Penny boards.
  3. 3
    Penny will get upset over the fare and steal a bike to flee.

    Use the Bus to run Penny off his bike.

    After Penny is killed, exit the Bus, take his bike, and flee the area.

    Once you are far enough away, Franklin will call Lester, completing the mission.

Wait for news of Penny's death to be announced on the internet before buying Vapid stock on BAWSAQ. After the stock crashes, buy as much as you can and sleep until it reaches approximately 100% profit, then sell. Afterward, go to LCN Exchange and buy all available Gold Coast stock. This sets you up for the next assassination mission, The Construction Assassination.

Walkthrough

    After picking up the call, go to the Construction Site.
  2. 2
    Enter the site through any entrance, expecting resistance from goons. The safest and closest entrance to the elevator to Enzo is the southwest corner.

    Take the elevator to the next level, fight off several goons, and proceed to the next elevator to reach the rooftop. The Assault Shotgun works well here.

    Kill the two goons who come down the next elevator and take it up to the rooftop.

    On the rooftop, you will encounter more goons, including a sniper on the crane. Enzo will flee in a helicopter.

    Quickly switch to the Minigun and destroy Enzo's helicopter. This will also kill Enzo.

    Kill any remaining enemies before leaving the area. You can use the provided Parachutes to jump off the building or take the elevator down.

    Once you leave the area, Franklin will call Lester, successfully completing the mission.

  • No Fly Zone: Shoot down the Target's helicopter and jump off the building using a parachute instead of taking the elevator down. Using the Buzzard will grant this automatically.

Return to your Safehouse and sleep until the Gold Coast stock peaks at around 80%. Sell the stock. If you saved the "Hitch Lift 1" Random Event Encounter until this point and have internet access, go to BAWSAQ and buy as much Tinkle stock as possible. Complete the Encounter, and your stock should increase by approximately 33%. Sell the stock.
