Stretched Out: Kill Stretch with a melee weapon (Nightstick recommended). Speed away from Ballas afterwards.

Mrs. Philips / Damaged Goods (Optional): If Option B or C was chosen, a Stranger marker appears at Trevor's Safehouse. Find a Deludamol van (locations: Dollar Pills store in Strawberry, most Hospitals except Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay) and bring it to Trevor's mother. This starts "Damaged Goods." Return the van to your Safehouse to complete the encounter. The Deludamol van will then spawn at most Hospitals.

The Last One (Optional, requires 100% Completion): This mission appears a few days after achieving 100% Completion. Franklin goes to Raton Canyon to hunt a mysterious Sasquatch.

Go to the Scat Site (yellow area on map).

Encounter the Sasquatch; it will run away. Attempt to shoot it. AutoAim may not lock on.

Listen for its unique sound to re-locate it on the radar.

The Sasquatch is fast and durable, requiring multiple shots (around fifty). Beware of ambushing Cougars.

Tips

For "Stretched Out," use the Nightstick and be prepared to flee from the Ballas.
