Pokémon evolution in Pokémon Conquest is a distinct process from the main series, tied directly to the Warrior-Pokémon bond and specific in-game conditions. Unlike the traditional method of leveling up, Pokémon evolve when their Link value with their bonded Warrior reaches certain thresholds and specific requirements are met. This means that a Pokémon's evolution is not solely dependent on its own experience, but rather on the strength of its partnership with its Warrior. Understanding these mechanics is crucial for unlocking the full potential of your Pokémon roster.

The primary trigger for evolution is the Link value. For most Pokémon, reaching a Link value of 60% with their Warrior will initiate the evolution process, provided other conditions are met. However, some Pokémon have higher Link requirements, and certain evolutions are tied to specific story milestones or the conquest of particular kingdoms. For example, evolving Eevee into its various forms often requires a specific Link value and sometimes the use of an evolutionary item like an Ember Stone or Thunder Stone, which can be purchased or found in specific locations.
