Learn to defeat Rue Valley's Frost Wyrm Matriarch in the Glacial Caverns. Exploit her lightning weakness and manage 'Frozen' status from her breath.

Location: Glacial Caverns, Northern Wastes

The Frost Wyrm Matriarch is a formidable aerial foe, capable of freezing you solid and unleashing devastating ice breath. She is encountered deep within the Glacial Caverns.

Phases & Attacks:

1. Phase 1 (100%-70% Health): The Matriarch flies around, using 'Ice Shard Volley' (multiple projectiles) and 'Frost Breath' (a channeled cone attack that inflicts 'Frozen'). She will occasionally land to perform a 'Tail Swipe'. Her weakness is lightning damage.
2. Phase 2 (70%-30% Health): She will land more frequently and summon 'Frostling Hatchlings'. She also gains 'Blizzard Storm', creating a large area-of-effect blizzard that slows and damages. Focus on the hatchlings first.
3. Phase 3 (30%-0% Health): The Matriarch becomes enraged, increasing her attack speed and damage. She will use 'Glacial Slam' when landing, creating a shockwave. Her 'Frost Breath' becomes wider and longer.

Strategy:

• Lightning Damage: Exploit her lightning weakness with spells or enchanted weapons.
• Movement: Constant movement is key to avoiding her breath and shard attacks.
