Understand Rue Valley's armor types: Heavy, Medium, and Light, their protection, and ideal classes for each.

Armor provides crucial defense against incoming attacks. There are three main types of armor, each suited for different classes.

Armor Types:

• Heavy Armor (Plate): Highest physical defense, but reduces movement speed and dodge effectiveness. Ideal for Warriors. Provides high 'Armor Rating' and often 'Physical Resistance'.
• Medium Armor (Leather/Chain): Balanced defense and mobility. Suitable for Rangers and some hybrid Warrior builds. Offers moderate 'Armor Rating' and 'Elemental Resistance'.
• Light Armor (Cloth/Robes): Lowest physical defense, but offers high elemental resistance and doesn't impede movement or spellcasting. Essential for Mystics. Provides low 'Armor Rating' but high 'Elemental Resistance' and often 'Mana Regeneration' bonuses.

Beyond the base defense, armor pieces can have various stats like 'Health', 'Stamina', 'Mana', 'Resistances (Fire, Frost, Arcane, Poison)', and 'Attribute Bonuses'.
