Best Friends: If you visit the Graveyard District at night, you will meet the ghost of Wellyn who cannot rest because he doesn't have his stuffed bear. Retrieve the toy from Llynis, the dwarf who murdered the boy, who can be found upstairs at the Copper Coronet. Give the bear to the spirit of Wellyn and he will find peace at last.

New Ownership: The Copper Coronet in the Slum district operates illegal gladiatorial combats, pitting slaves against monsters. Free the gladiator Hendak who will ask you to free the slaves from the Slaver Stockade. Do so and report back to Hendak.

Heart of the Abyss: Complete the Planar Sphere quest.

Freedom: Cast the Freedom spell to release a Mage named Vithal from his imprisonment beneath the Underdark. You can buy scrolls from the merchant in the nearby Duergar Encampment.

A Battle for the Ages: An unmarked house in the Docks District is the place of confinement for what remains of Kangaxx, a Lich of great power and wickedness. Find the scattered parts of his skeleton in the sewers underneath the Temple District and an unmarked house in the Bridge District and return them to the house in the Docks District. Then defeat Kangaxx in his Lich form and then again in his Demilich form.

Twisted Victory: Locate and defeat the Twisted Rune. .

Double Cross: In Ust Natha, after swapping the real Dragon Eggs with fakes, give the real eggs to Phaere and keep silent when Phaere gives the real eggs to the Lesser Demon Lord.

Triple Cross: In Ust Natha, after swapping the real Dragon Eggs with fakes, give the other fakes to Phaere, keeping the real eggs for yourself. When the Lesser Demon Lord is summoned, it will kill both Ardulace and Phaere.

Don't Mind Us: In the sewers under the Temple District is a door that you cannot open. When you kill Tazok in the Windspear Hills, you will find a key on his body. Use this key to open the door in the sewers and go through to the secret Mind Flayer lair.

To the Limit: Complete the Limited Wish Quest.

I Dub Thee: Complete Anomen's companion quest in such a way that he becomes a Knight of the Order of the Most Radiant Heart. In other words, don't screw it up.
