Inn Requests

Think of Inn Requests as little fetch quests. Someone in town will ask you to bring them a specific item, and in return, they'll give you SP, Gald, or another item. Most of these are pretty straightforward, asking for common stuff you'll pick up naturally. However, some are tied to specific sidequests, so keep an eye out!

Each town has a total of 21 requests. They unlock as you play through the main story or trigger certain sidequests. It's worth doing them all, not just for the rewards, but because completing all of them in the game triggers a special event. You'll be teleported to an arena to fight a boss called the Gentleman. He fights a lot like the Zhonecage GentleEel, so if you've encountered that, you'll have a bit of an idea what to expect.

Defeating the Gentleman nets you a trophy and your choice of one of three rare items: the Dragon’s Blood, Darkened Ore, or Purebright Cloth. This also wraps up the sidequest associated with Inn Requests, so it's a big payoff for your efforts!

Stamps

Stamps are another cool system that rewards you for supporting the local shops. You earn stamps by buying or selling items at any merchant in a town. The more you trade, the more points you get, and once you reach certain point thresholds, you'll earn a stamp.

What's the big deal about stamps? Well, once you get a stamp, new items will start appearing in that town's shops for purchase. These are often special items, sometimes even materials for joke weapons or things like Magic Cartas, and they'll be available at a specific price.
