Alright, so you've made it to the Wallbridge Ruins. This area can be a bit tricky, especially with the boss fight waiting for you. Don't worry, I'll walk you through it.

Boss Fight Strategy:

When you encounter the boss, you'll notice he's got two Royal Swordsmen with him. These guys are your priority. Take them out quickly so you can focus your attention on the main threat. The boss himself uses a ranged weapon and relies heavily on B-Artes, which can be a real pain. Your best bet here is to stick to A-Artes, as he's weak to them. Keep a close eye on your party's HP and make sure to keep everyone topped up, because this boss can deal some serious damage from a distance. Try to string together some combos to stun him; this will interrupt his B-Artes and give you a much-needed breather. If you've managed to build up your Eleth Burst gauge or have a Mystic Arte ready, this is the perfect opportunity to unleash it for massive damage.

Navigation After the Boss:

Once the dust settles and the scene plays out, you'll need to head north. Look for a ladder and go down one floor. From there, exit the door to find yourself outside. Head south, and another scene will trigger. This is where Cheria officially joins your party, which is a big help!

With Cheria in tow, make your way north towards the bridge. You'll see a tower on the right – enter it and climb up one floor. Exit south from there to reach the central tower. Keep an eye out for the The Price of Violence skit, which you can find near some guards. After that, backtrack the way you came. Head down to the basement and then exit north. This will lead you to the northeast tower, where you'll find a warp that takes you to the Wallbridge Ruins proper.
