• Strategy: Exploit elemental weaknesses with specific artes.

Phases:

1. Phase 1: Entrails Parasite - Focus on using Malik’s Deathmire and Asbel’s Gale Maw. These artes are highly effective and can quickly reduce the boss’s HP, even on Hard difficulty.
2. Phase 2: Parasite Swarm - When the boss is near defeat, it will split into multiple smaller Parasites. These smaller enemies tend to spam Rock Lance. At this point, it’s advisable to adjust your party’s abilities. Turn off standard attacks and have your party members focus on using AOE (Area of Effect) skills.

Strategy:

• For the initial phase, the combination of Malik’s Deathmire and Asbel’s Gale Maw is extremely effective. These artes exploit the boss’s weaknesses and deal massive damage.
• When the boss splits into smaller Parasites, you’ll want to adapt your strategy. Consider editing your party’s abilities to prioritize AOE skills. Good options include Cheria’s Ethereal Rift (ensure Sophie is also in the party to focus on healing), Pascal’s Pyrogenic Ring, or Malik’s Deathmire. This will help you manage the swarm of smaller enemies effectively.
• Keep an eye on your party’s healing, especially if you’re relying on Cheria’s Ethereal Rift. Sophie’s role as a dedicated healer becomes crucial during this phase.
