Papyrus Memorial Library

The Papyrus Memorial Library houses all purchasable books, including those written by your Sims. It also features a playroom for children. Note that sheet music and cooking books are not found here as they are single-use items.

Sunset Institute of Modern Art

The Sunset Institute of Modern Art is a free venue to view art. Sims who Cannot Stand Art may have issues here. It is a place to discuss art and potentially meet others.

You can invest in businesses around town for a partnership or outright ownership. Investing provides a share of the business's weekly profits, with full ownership granting all profits. Profits vary weekly. Generally, more expensive investments yield higher returns.
