Exit the elevator into a white courtyard with a blinding fog. Follow the marble walkway into a labyrinth.

In the first room of the labyrinth, the right door is locked, and the left doors close. Proceed through the center doors into a gallery with six Mannequins.

Reach the end of the gallery to find a red pedestal. A Red Skull Key is needed to unlock the door behind it.

Return to the first room; the previously locked door is now open. Enter the narrow corridor and wall-jump to the higher floor.

In the next room, press the button with the Alpha (α) symbol to unlock a door elsewhere.

Head back to the start of the labyrinth. The previously closed door is now open, revealing a large crowd of stationary Mannequins.

Approach the kneeling Mannequin behind the barred gate to obtain the Red Skull Key.

Return to the Mannequin gallery room and the red pedestal. Six Mannequins will break from their poses and attack.

After defeating the attacking Mannequins, use the Red Skull Key to unlock the door.

Continue through the level, navigating the labyrinth and underground tunnels.

Eventually, you will reach the boss encounter with the Minotaur.

Defeat the Minotaur to complete the level.

For the secret encounter, follow specific paths and triggers to find and fight Big Johninator.
