Exit the elevator into a white courtyard and enter the marble labyrinth.

In the first room, the left doors close, and the right doors are locked. Proceed through the center doors into a gallery with Mannequins.

Reach the end of the gallery to find a red pedestal. A Red Skull Key is needed.

Return to the first room; the previously locked door is now open. Proceed through a narrow corridor, wall-jumping to a higher floor.

In the intersection room, press the Alpha (α) button to unlock a door elsewhere.

Return to the start of the labyrinth. The previously closed door is now open, revealing a room filled with stationary Mannequins.

Proceed to a kneeling Mannequin behind a gate to obtain the Red Skull Key.

Return to the gallery room with the red pedestal. Six Mannequins will break free and attack. This is your first encounter with Mannequins.

After defeating the Mannequins, the blocked door will open, allowing you to proceed.

Descend a split staircase into a room where Mannequins are waiting below.

Tips

Mannequins are fast and can climb walls/ceilings. They attack with swipes or by firing Hell Seekers.
Hitting a wall-clinging Mannequin will stun it.
Sawblade traps are effective against Mannequins due to their pursuit behavior.
Homing projectiles can be difficult to dodge but are easier to parry due to their tracking and slower speed.
