Exit the elevator into a white courtyard and enter the marble labyrinth.

In the first room, the left doors close, and the right doors are locked. Proceed through the center doors into a gallery with six Mannequins.

Reach the end of the gallery to find a red pedestal. Return to the first room; the previously locked door is now open.

Navigate the narrow corridor, wall-jumping to the upper floor.

In the intersection room, press the button with the Alpha symbol (α) to unlock a door elsewhere.

Return to the start of the labyrinth. The door near the entrance is now open.

Proceed to find a Red Skull Key guarded by a kneeling Mannequin. Take the key to trigger stationary Mannequins to surround you.

Return to the Mannequin gallery room. Six Mannequins will break their poses and attack. This is your first encounter with Mannequins.

Defeat the Mannequins to unlock the path forward.

Descend the split staircase into a room with a walkway. Mannequins will ambush from below.

Continue through the level, encountering various enemies including Soldiers, Drones, Streetcleaners, and a Mindflayer.

The Minotaur boss fight occurs in a large arena.

After defeating the Minotaur, a tram cart will take you to the end of the level.

A secret encounter with Big Johninator is available.

Tips

Mannequins are fast and can climb walls/ceilings. They attack with swipes or by firing Hell Seekers.
Hitting a Mannequin on a wall stuns them. Sawblade traps are effective due to their tendency to chase.
Homing projectiles are harder to dodge but easier to parry due to their tracking and slower speed.
The secret encounter with Big Johninator is located in a hidden area.
