This section details the fight against Ansem and the rewards received. It also covers Riku's deck and strategies for the Heart of Darkness floor.

Boss Fight: Ansem

Stats / Weaknesses:

• HP: 1780
• Attack: 30
• Drops: N/A
• Experience: 0
• Resistances: Fire (x0.5), Blizzard (x0.5), Thunder (x0.5), Neutral (x0.5)
• Weaknesses: Physical (x1.0)

Ansem's Attacks:

• Shock Slash: Ansem throws Guardian rings of lightning that must be evaded. Maintaining distance makes evasion easier.
• Dark Rush: Similar to Sonic Blade, this attack is difficult to avoid and should be broken.
• Dark Shadow: The Guardian appears beneath Riku and rises up, inflicting massive damage. Blocking this attack is imperative.

Strategy:

• Ensure the Guardian is not defending Ansem to land hits.
• Maintain a slight distance to easily counter and reach Dark Mode quickly.
• Once in Dark Mode, use Dark Aura for significant damage.
• Utilize Enemy Cards like Jafar and Dragon Maleficent.
• Oogie Boogie is useful for healing in a pinch.
• Zexion and Lexaeus cards are not useful in this fight.

Upon defeating Ansem, you receive the [KEY OF GUIDANCE]. Head to the Room of Guidance for a scene, then proceed to the Exit Hall. After another scene, you will receive the [CASTLE OBLIVION] World Card.

B1F - Castle Oblivion (Riku's Deck)

This floor is short, and Riku's deck is massive, allowing for quick access to Dark Mode. Enemies here can deal heavy damage, but Dark Mode mitigates this. Use The King cards for MM Miracle to get stuns instead of Holy/Inverse Burst.
