Walkthrough
- 1Sail to the marker for Ambergris Key and dock with the shipwreck to dive underwater.
- 2Leave the diving bell and proceed through the cave entrance.
- 3Avoid the jellyfish and continue through the tunnel until you reach an air pocket. Surface here.
- 4Dive down to find a chest at the bottom of the room. Grab it.
- 5Resurface to refill your air supply, then dive back under and take the next tunnel.
- 6Follow this tunnel to the end, steering clear of jellyfish.
- 7Surface at the end of the tunnel to find an air pocket and a room with ruins.
- 8Look up at the ruins to the right; there are two guards. Swim to the wall beneath them and climb the pillar to find an Animus Fragment.
- 9Drop back into the water and swim to the stairs on the left side of the ruin.
- 10Climb the broken pillar to the top, staying out of sight of the guards.
- 11Wait for the patrolling guard to walk away, then assassinate the stationary guard.
- 12Hide behind the door frame and corner assassinate the patrolling guard when he returns.
- 13Deal with the third guard as you see fit.
- 14Loot the area, which contains two chests (one north, one south).
- 15Around halfway down the room, find a hole in the wall high up on the central structure. Climb into it to find an Animus Fragment.
- 16In a small alcove opposite the entrance, deal with the two guards and loot the corpse for a treasure map (Plan - Elite Heavy Shot 307,195 – Misteriosa).
- 17Find the ramp leading out of the room and dive into the water below.
- 18Head over to the Jackdaw to continue.

- Avoid the jellyfish in the underwater tunnels.
- Stay out of sight of the guards when climbing the ruins.
