Alright, so you're looking to help out Gilbert? He's a pretty straightforward NPC to find and interact with. You'll find him hanging out at a window right next to the Central Yharnam lamp. Super convenient!

Here's the deal: after you've made your way into the Cathedral Ward, head back and chat with him. If you do, he'll hand over the Flamesprayer item. Pretty neat, right?

But wait, there's more! Once you've taken down Rom, the Vacuous Spider, you can visit Gilbert again. This time, things have gotten a bit… hairy. He'll have transformed into a Beast Patient (Male). If you're up for it, you can defeat him then to grab some of his drops.
