    After reaching the Cathedral Ward, return to Iosefka. She will offer to harbor people.

    Send the following NPCs to Iosefka to receive rewards:

  • Once you reach the Forbidden Woods, you can enter Iosefka’s Clinic. She is upstairs and will ask you to leave.
  • If you continue forward, she will become hostile. If you leave and continue to send her victims after learning of her true intentions, she will reward you with Blue Elixirs x3 for each.
  • If you leave, or never visit, and return after defeating Rom, the Vacuous Spider, you can safely head upstairs to kill her.
  • Upon defeating Iosefka after Rom, the Vacuous Spider, she drops 3,200 Blood Echoes.
  • If defeated before Rom, the Vacuous Spider, she drops the Oedon Writhe Rune.
  • If defeated after Rom, the Vacuous Spider, she drops One Third of Umbillical Cord.

    • Before defeating Rom, the Vacuous Spider, ensure you collect the Oedon Writhe Rune from Iosefka.
    • After defeating Rom, the Vacuous Spider, you can obtain the One Third of Umbillical Cord from Iosefka.
