Alright, so you've made it to Ebrietas, Daughter of the Cosmos. Honestly, this is one of the tougher fights in Bloodborne, so don't get discouraged if it takes a few tries. She's got this super quick turn and her attacks just cover this massive area in front of her. Her weak spot is actually the glowing red part inside her head, but it's usually covered up. You'll need to be patient and wait for the right moments.

• Weak Spot: Head (specifically the red interior, exposed during certain attacks)

Phases:

1. Phase 1: Ebrietas is aggressive but manageable. Focus on staying close to her sides.
2. Phase 2: Ebrietas becomes much more aggressive and gains new, dangerous attacks like Star Shower. Triggering a stagger right as she begins Phase 2 can skip some of its danger.

Strategy:

• General: The key here is to stay mobile and stick close to Ebrietas's sides. Her attacks often have a huge frontal arc, so being on her flank can help you avoid a lot of damage.
• Phase 1 - Staying Alive: When you're at full health, be aggressive and get damage in, but know when to back off and heal. You can sometimes get between her split tail, but it's risky as she can push you through her or hop away. The safest bet is to hug her torso and stay just to her sides. This lets you attack her body and often baits her into using her Head Smash attack, which is your prime opportunity to hit her head. If she jumps away, immediately rush back to her sides to avoid her Forward Charge.
• Phase 1 - Attacks to Watch For:
  • Head Smash: She slams her head down. This is your main opening to attack her head.
  • Forward Charge: She charges across the arena. Stay to her sides to avoid this.
  • Tentacle Slam: She slams her tentacles down in front of her. Keep your distance or stay to her sides.
  • Forward Blood Spit: Shoots blood straight ahead that builds up Frenzy. Dodge to the side.
  • Sweeping Blood Spit: A wide, 150-degree sweep of blood that also builds Frenzy. Dodge to the side or try to get behind her.
• Transitioning to Phase 2: When Ebrietas hits about 50% health, she'll lower her head and start charging her Cosmic Radiation. This is a critical moment! Rush in and unload as much damage as you can onto her head. If you're lucky, you can stagger her and perform a visceral attack, potentially skipping a lot of the danger of Phase 2.
• Phase 2 - Dealing with the Danger: If you can't stagger her out of the transition, Phase 2 is much tougher. She's more aggressive, and her Charge attack can easily one-shot you. Her Star Shower attack is also a major threat. The strategy is still to try and lure her into Head Smashes, but you need to be extremely precise. Keep moving around her, dodge her attacks, and look for those openings.
• Phase 2 - Attacks to Watch For:
  • Cosmic Radiation: She creates a damaging aura around herself. You can actually heal this by hitting her.
  • Two-Stage Charge: She flies up, then charges, often followed by a head smash. This is incredibly dangerous; dodge it as best you can.
  • Star Shower: She summons waves of arcane missiles. You absolutely must dodge to the side to avoid these.
