    First things first, you'll want to head to the Vileblood Queen’s Chambers. Before you do anything else, make sure you grab the Crown of Illusions. After that, light the lamp nearby. Equip the Crown of Illusions, and then make your way towards the throne where Logarius used to sit. This will open the way to the Queen's Chambers.

    Once you're in the Vileblood Queen’s Chambers, approach Annalise, Queen of the Vilebloods. You'll see a circle of candles in front of her throne. Kneel down within this circle to join the Cainhurst Vilebloods covenant. As a reward, you'll receive the Corruption Oath, the Cainhurst Badge, and the Respect gesture.

    After joining the covenant, grab the Unopened Summons from the table to your right. Then, light the lamp in the area to make your exit.

    Now, head back to the Cathedral Ward. You'll need to find Vileblood Hunter Alfred, who is usually hanging out above the entrance to the Forbidden Woods. Speak with him and select the option to “Give Unopened Summons.” Doing this will earn you the Wheel Hunter Badge and the Church Bow (Male) gesture.

    If you decide to return to the Vileblood Queen’s Chambers after this, you'll find Alfred there, looking quite pleased with himself over Annalise's... remains. Speak with him again, and he'll grant you the Roar gesture.

    After Alfred leaves, you can examine the throne to find the Queenly Flesh. Keep this item safe, as it can be used later to revive Annalise if you choose.

    Finally, head back to the Cathedral Ward once more. Find Alfred again, this time in the church above Old Yharnam. Speak with him here to receive the Radiance Oath, which is part of the Executioners covenant.
