Alright, so you've made it through the Forbidden Grave. Now we're heading into Byrgenwerth. As soon as you step out, keep an eye on your right – there's a surprise attack waiting from a Garden of Eyes. Just keep moving forward, and check the left side of the path. You'll find a Madman’s Knowledge tucked away behind a statue. Grab that, and then we can activate the lamp.

After that little ambush, follow the path down. You'll see a gate ahead with another Garden of Eyes shuffling towards you. Don't go straight through the gate just yet. Instead, hang a left. There's another Garden of Eyes hiding behind a tree at the back of this area. Once you've dealt with that, head up the stairs. At the top, take the left set of stairs. This lets you sneak around the right side of the tree. Be ready to visceral attack a Brainsucker that's lurking there. After that, you can pick up the Arcane Lake Rune. Now, make your way down to the river's edge and turn right. You'll find another Madman’s Knowledge out in the open.

Keep pushing forward, and watch out! Two Garden of Eyes are going to drop down from above. It's best to back up a bit to give yourself some space to deal with them. Once they're down, continue on. You'll spot a Fluorescent Flower near a balcony area where you'll find the Great One’s Wisdom.

Before we go too far, check the other side of the big set of stairs. There's a Garden of Eyes guarding some Sedative x5. Grab those, and then head over to the shortcut gate near the building. Open it up, and then go inside the building. On the left side of the room, there's a chest waiting for you with a Pearl Slug inside. Once you've got that, cross the room and unlock the doors on the other side.

As you start heading up the stairs, a Hunter is going to come out from the right. Don't worry too much about fighting them head-on. Your best bet is to rush up the stairs and around the balcony as quickly as you can to find a ladder. Climb up about halfway. The Hunter will follow you, but as soon as you stop climbing, they'll lose interest and wander off to check a chest on the other side of the area. This gives you a chance to regroup or continue on.
