First things first, head to the waypoint on your map. You'll run into a bunch of enemies guarding the area, so clear them out.

Once the coast is clear, make your way up to the top of the Bloodbuckets Chapel.

When you reach the top, the Holy Dumptruck will make its grand entrance by barging out of a room.

Optional Objective: Shoot 'em in the Ass! To complete this, you need to wait until the Holy Dumptruck turns around and starts shaking its posterior at you. This is your window to shoot him in the backside. Don't worry if you can't hit him right away; his shield will block your shots when he's facing you. Just be patient and wait for him to turn.

After you've dealt with the Holy Dumptruck, it's time to get your reward. You need to restore power to a trap door.

Look up to your left, and you'll see a bullseye. Shoot that bullseye to release water onto some pipes. This'll get the power back on and open up the trap door.
