Strategy:

1. Target the Tank Head: This is your priority! The Tank Head heals the rest of the Dragon Tank, so taking it out first is crucial. Have Crono and Lucca focus their attacks on the head. Be ready to heal yourselves, as the Dragon Tank's attacks can get pretty intense.
2. Destroy the Wheel: Once the head is gone, a message will pop up about energy being stored in the wheels. Your next target is the Wheel. Use the same offensive strategy you used against the Tank Head.
3. Finish the Dragon Tank: With the head and wheel dealt with, your final objective is the main body of the Dragon Tank. This will likely be the longest part of the fight. The Tank will use two main attacks: it can either shoot a powerful beam at one of your party members or launch a volley of missiles. Keep your HP topped off and continue your assault until you secure the victory.
