Fist

You always have your fists, but they are weak and only useful on weak enemies to conserve ammo. Picking up a Berserk power-up makes your fists much stronger, capable of defeating weak enemies in one hit and stronger enemies in a few punches.

Super Shotgun

BFG

The BFG fires 40 cells at once, creating an exploding ball that damages or kills enemies on screen. It is most effective against multiple enemies and can defeat a Spider Mastermind or Cyberdemon with two direct hits. Avoid using it on single enemies to conserve ammo. The BFG is first found in Level 10: The Bleeding.

Laser

This weapon shares ammo with the Plasma Gun and BFG. Its firing rate depends on the number of Demon Artifacts you possess: slower with none, faster with one, two shots with two, and three shots with all three Demon Artifacts. With a Backpack, 600 cells, and all three Demon Artifacts, it can defeat a Cyberdemon in seconds. This weapon is extremely rare, first found in Level 29: Outpost Omega, or Level 12: Altar of Pain through normal exits.
