From the start, turn left and follow the left-hand wall to an opening, collecting weapons, health, and ammo.

Proceed through the opening and follow the left-hand wall to another room, collecting the Backpack, BFG9000, and Shotgun.

Continue straight until you hit a wall, then turn right until you reach the Blue Key, eliminating any Imps or Hell Knights encountered.

Pick up the Blue Key, turn right, and follow the left-hand wall to the Blue Door, defeating any Hell Knights or Imps in your path.

Open the Blue Door and enter, then kill the Pain Elemental in front of you.

Hit the switch at the other end of the room; lifts to your left and right will lower.

Take either lift to the top and enter the teleporter in the middle of the room, eliminating any Imps.

After teleporting, drop to the floor below and proceed straight to the wall at the far end, killing any Shotgun Guys.

Press the C-Right button on the wall, ride it to the top, and drop to the floor below.

Go through the opening to your right.

Backtrack to the level's starting room, defeating any Imps, Demons, Spectres, Cacodemons, Hell Knights, or Pain Elementals.

Enter the building in the middle of the starting room.

Kill all Zombiemen and Shotgun Guys in this room.

Go through the new opening and hit either switch to exit the level.

Tips

If you have the Laser and two Demon Artifacts, use them against the Cyberdemon for a quick defeat. The BFG is also effective.
Use the pillars in the Cyberdemon's room for cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) from its rockets and strafe to dodge its attacks.
