In the starting room, you'll find a Green Armor, MegaArmor, and a Soulsphere. Picking up any of these triggers a deadly trap. Do not step on the middle tile, as it deals significant damage. If you die, you cannot use passwords to restore your inventory.

Open the door to your right and pick up the Red Key. The room will lower, revealing three Arachnotrons. Strafe to the corners to collect two Rocket Launchers and ammo. Defeat the Arachnotrons, then return to the Red Key pickup location.

The floor will rise. Avoid the middle tile, open the door across from you, and pick up two Boxes of Rockets. Grab the Berserk pack, then switch back to your Rocket Launcher.

Pick up the Blue Key. Immediately back up. The pit will lower, and you'll be surrounded by four Hell Knights. Quickly defeat them with your Rocket Launcher, prioritizing two at a time. If low on health, use the platforms near the Blue Key pickup for cover and to fire rockets. Falling into the pit means death.

Once all Hell Knights are dead, the door will open. Return to the level's starting point and go through the door to your left.

Slowly advance onto the shifting lifts to reach the Yellow Key. Dodge projectiles from the faces on the walls. Pick up the Yellow Key.

When the lift lowers, quickly run to the door. Return to the level's starting room and use all three keys (Red, Blue, Yellow) to remove the corresponding bars.

Hit the exit switch to complete the level.

Tips

Start the level with 200% health if possible.
If you fall in the pit after picking up the Blue Key, you cannot escape and must kill yourself to restart the encounter.
