Level 6: Alpha Quadrant: 3 Secrets

From the start of the level, progress until you obtain the Yellow Key. Drop down to the floor below. After ascending a small staircase, a door will open. Head up these stairs and turn right. Run down the hall, ignoring the first opening on your left, and enter the second opening on your left before it closes. If the door closes, return to the staircase and try again. Inside the room, walk forward, and the floor will lower. Eliminate all Lost Souls, then proceed forward. The door ahead will lower, revealing Zombiemen; defeat them. Once all Zombiemen are dead, back away and face the cage containing the MegaSphere. Run into this cage and collect the MegaSphere to register the secret. If the door to this room closes, backtrack to the Lost Soul hallway and attempt again.

From secret 1, continue until you reach the room with the Blue Key. Step on the central pillar to make it rise. Defeat the Baron of Hell on the platform, then run onto it. Activate the switch, then drop back to the floor below. Walk to the middle platform to make it rise again. Run onto the other small platform and proceed through the opening. Kill all Hell Knights, Barons of Hell, or Pain Elementals across from you. Once they are all defeated, run across the pillars until you stop on the third pillar. Turn right and face the window across from you. Run towards it, then release the run button while holding forward in the air to increase your chances of entering the window. If you miss, use one of the teleporters to reach the adjacent opening. If you fall into the large pit below, navigate the darkness by running along the perimeter walls (backwards and forwards) to find staircases against the walls. Search the walls directly in front of the teleporter areas. Once you land in the window, activate the switch. Fall out of the window and turn left towards the area with the teleporters. A door is across from you; run to it before it closes. Otherwise, re-enter the window and activate the switch again. Follow the room until you find a Soulsphere and a switch. Activate the switch and collect the Soulsphere to register the secret.

From secret 2, progress until you reach the Blue Key. To the left of the Blue Key is a room containing the MegaArmor. If you activated the switch from secret 2, the door to the MegaArmor room will be open. Collect the MegaArmor to register the secret.
