Level 21: Pitfalls: 3 Secrets

Progress through the level until you acquire the Yellow Key from the starting room. Use the Yellow Key to open the Yellow Door and proceed through it. In the subsequent room, walk forward, and stairs will materialize, leading down to a room below. Descend these stairs. Upon reaching the bottom, immediately jump into the pit to your right. Enter the narrow passage to your right. This area is a toxic pit, so be quick. Activate the switch at the end of this passage; this will lower the lift to your left. Ride the lift to the top and enter the room to gain credit for a secret. This secret area contains an Energy Cell, a Box of Rockets, and a Rocket Launcher.

From secret #1, continue playing until you are teleported into the maze area, characterized by gray stone hallways and containing a Blue Door. Upon entering this maze, proceed straight ahead until you encounter a wall. Turn around. To your left and right, you will see several panels adorned with faces. Focus on the face panels to your left. The middle panel's facial expression will continuously change, indicated by red eyes. Shoot this panel with your Fist, Chainsaw, Pistol, either Shotgun, or the Chaingun. You will hear a lift dropping. Proceed straight ahead and notice a door on your left. Directly across from this door is a small room containing a MegaArmor. Enter this room to be credited with a secret. If the lift ascends again, simply return to the panel with the changing face and shoot it to lower the lift once more.

While facing secret #2, turn left. Proceed straight until you observe a hallway to your right. Enter this hallway and turn right, which will position you facing down another hallway. On the wall to your left, you will notice some misaligned bricks. Interact with these bricks, and the wall will retract, revealing a hidden room. Enter this room to be credited with a secret. This room contains 3 Medikits and 3 Rockets.
