    Secret 1 (Armor): From the start, jump down and follow the hallway. Open the door on your left, kill the Zombiemen, and go up the staircase. Follow the walkway to a platform, then run onto it. Examine the vent to reveal an Armor.

    Secret 2 (MegaArmor): From Secret 1, return to the hallway and proceed to a lift. Ride it to the top, go through the opening, and turn right. Examine the walls to your right until a secret door opens, revealing a MegaArmor.

    Secret 3 (Soulsphere): Progress to the Blue Door. After opening it, go up the stairs in the opposite corner. At the top, turn around and jump to the ledge across from you. Run into the alcove and hit the switch to lower a lift near the Blue Door. Ride this lift to the top to find a Soulsphere.

    Secret 4 (Secret Exit to Level 32: Hectic): To access the secret exit, destroy all barrels except the one at the start. Once the final barrel is destroyed, return to the starting point via the teleporter at Secret 3. Destroy the initial barrel, and a hidden door will open behind you. Be aware that this door may close. The secret exit leads to Level 32: Hectic, bypassing the normal tally screen.

Barrel Locations for Secret Exit:

  • 1) Right next to the cage at the start (DO NOT DESTROY UNTIL THE END).
  • 2) In the corner of the starting room before the hallway.
  • 3) In the room with Secret #1 and the Chainsaw.
  • 4) At the top of the lift to the Blue Key room, in the corner.
  • 5) Right next to the MegaArmor in Secret 2.
  • 6) After opening the Blue Door, across from you.
  • 7) In the room with all the Demons, which has a switch to open the path to the exit.
  • 8) In the hallway to the second Demon room, go down a lift to find a room with Health Bonuses and the barrel.
  • 9) At the bottom of the lift that brings you to Secret #3.
  • 10) In the corner of the exit room.
