Knowing what you're up against can make a big difference, especially when it comes to gathering crafting materials or just surviving an unexpected encounter. We'll go over their locations, some basic stats, and what they're weak to, if anything.

Here's a breakdown of the wildlife you'll find:

First up are the Rams. These are pretty common and usually found in mountainous or hilly regions. They're not exactly tough opponents, with very low health and armor, and no special resistances or vulnerabilities. You'll mainly be hunting them for Ram Leather, which is a decent early-game crafting material.

Next, we have the Snoufleur. These little guys are described as having long noses and stubby legs, and they're found in areas like Emprise du Lion and the Exalted Plains. Like the Rams, they're very fragile with low armor and no resistances or vulnerabilities. Their main purpose for you is Snoufleur Fur, another crafting material.

The Tusket is a creature with large tusks, found in the Forbidden Oasis and Storm Coast. They're generally docile and won't attack unless cornered or provoked, so you can usually avoid a fight. If you do have to fight one, they're also very low on health and armor, with no special resistances or weaknesses. They don't seem to drop any specific crafting materials, which is a bit of a shame.

Moving on to the Varghest, found in The Western Approach. These are a bit tougher than the previous creatures, with a health modifier of 3 and low armor. They're resistant to fire but vulnerable to electricity, so be sure to bring lightning-based attacks or abilities if you plan on fighting them. They can also't be affected by physical effects, which is good to know. You'll get Varghest Scales from them, which are useful for crafting.

Finally, we have the Wyvern. These creatures are found in Crestwood and the Hissing Wastes. Similar to the Varghest, they have a health modifier of 3 and low armor. They're also resistant to fire and vulnerable to electricity, so again, electricity is your friend here. They're immune to physical effects. Wyvern Scales are the crafting material you'll get from them, and they're quite valuable.
