Walkthrough
- 1Beeline Firestorm (level 6), then upgraded Wall of Fire and Death Siphon (level 9).
- 2Get Gathering Storm, then Barrier (level 14).
- 3Upgrade Winters Grasp and Barrier and get Control of the Elements (level 17).
- 4Fill out the rest of your points (Strength of Spirits, Veiled Riptose and Chaotic Focus recommended).
Tips
- Always wait for the Flashpoint icon (yellow star with a red flame) to show up on your HUD before casting Wall of Fire or Firestorm.
- Cast Firestorm first if targeting a large group in an open room, or Wall of Fire if there is a chokepoint. Both can be cast consecutively from a full mana bar.
- If you have a tank or teammates being targeted, cast Barrier when needed, but do not feel obligated to keep barriers topped up at all times; prioritize AoE crowd control.
- When enemies get too close, cast Winters Grasp on them. Try not to move too much, as Winter Stillness increases mana regeneration by 50%.
- Death Siphon should keep you alive. If enemies reach melee range, cast Winters Grasp or Fade Step and continue your magical onslaught.
