Jump out the window onto the street.

Jump on the steel ventilation thing to reach the ledge with the "Nukem Must Die" sign. Collect the Body Armor and Large Medikit found there.

Proceed towards the "Bar" sign.

Turn around the corner before the "Bar" sign and kill the Pig Cop.

Enter the booth and kill the Pig Cop inside.

Use the Blue Key.

When the new buttons appear, use the combination: O X O X.

Hit the new switch.

Tips

The Body Armor and Large Medikit are located on the ledge with the "Nukem Must Die" sign.
There are two Pig Cops to defeat before using the Blue Key slot.
