    In the area with the desk, find a small switch on the bottom left side.

    Activate the switch to open a wall above some boxes across from the desk.

    Climb the boxes and enter the newly opened compartment to find a Freezer.

    Use the Red Key to enter the next area, where you must fight two Pig Cops and an Enforcer.

    Find two Pipebombs in a corner under dead chickens.

    Continue around the corner to face another Enforcer.

    Collect Freezer Ammo located in a corner.

    Under the crushing walls in the middle of the room, find a Devastator.

    Locate a grate on the wall containing a Portable Medikit (a health item). This grate leads back to the vent that goes to the bathroom.

    Follow the conveyor belt, using a Pipebomb or similar explosive to destroy Laser Tripbombs guarding it.

    Proceed down the conveyor belt, fighting three Enforcers on the wall.

    In the hallway, take a path leading to a door on the left, guarded by two Pig Cops.

    Defeat the Pig Cops and continue down the conveyor belt until you reach a ledge.

    Jump up onto the ledge.

Secrets:

  • SECRET 2: Behind the desk, a switch on the bottom left opens a compartment above boxes across from it. Climb the boxes to enter and get a Freezer.
  • SECRET 3: In the room with the dog anatomy poster, a light switch near the entrance rotates a wall. If you move with the rotating wall, you will enter a room containing an RPG. Be cautious, as it is easy to get squished.

  • Use Pipebombs or other explosives to clear Laser Tripbombs guarding the conveyor belt.
  • Be aware that the rotating wall secret (SECRET 3) can easily lead to you getting squished.
