In the Strip Club, use the Chaingun Cannon to defeat initial enemies. Pipebombs can clear groups. Find a Large Medikit in the upper left and Pistol Ammo in the upper right. More enemies appear as you progress.

SECRET 5: Stand on the couch on the left side of the room to open a quickly closing secret door. Inside, find a Chaingun Cannon and Chaingun Cannon Ammo.

The Vent (SECRET 6): To get backstage, jump on a table and enter the vent on the right side of the club. Crawl through, collecting Atomic Health and Pipebombs. Break the grate at the end and use Pipebombs to clear enemies below.

Backstage: Defeat the Pig Cop on the elevated ledge and the one around the corner. Hit the switch to open the curtains. Use Pipebombs for the numerous Pig Cops on the floor. Jump onto the platform and then the ledge.

SECRET 7: To the right of the strip club, jump to a small platform to collect Night Vision Goggles.

The Attic: Immediately after the corner, a Pig Cop awaits. Turn the next corner to face a Pig Cop on boxes and another taking cover. Prioritize the one on top of the boxes.

SECRET 8: Near the boxes in the Attic, find a lighter section of wall. Open it to discover a Portable Medikit.

Ending the Level: In the final area, defeat the two Pig Cops. As you approach the Exit Symbol, jail bars will descend, and two more Pig Cops will emerge. You will retain only your current health for the next level. Use all your weapons freely. If your health is below 100, use a medikit to reach maximum health before the level ends automatically.
