Buddy Rescue: Drive south to your buddy's location. He will be under attack by approximately six hostiles near a group of metal buildings. Snipe the attackers from a distance with the dart rifle before engaging in close combat. Be aware that patrol trucks may interfere. Remember that these rescues are unpredictable; your buddy might succeed on his own, be fine but gone when you arrive, or die. Avoid sniping from the high rocks to the east, as your buddy might target you.

Diamond: Before leaving the area, collect the diamond located in the abandoned truck on the east side of the compound.

Main Mission 2 (UFLL): The King's Gold: Dr. Gakumba wants you to tag the King's gold, protected by APR forces near the northern oasis. The King's son wants his father's ring to inherit the family fortune and titles, and killing the King at the old fort might cause the APR to withdraw their guards from the gold.

Mission Objective: Go to the oasis and tag the King's gold for recovery.

Recommended Weapons: Sniper rifle, grenade launcher, PKM.

Payment: 15 diamonds.

Main Origin: UFLL headquarters in Pala.

Travel to Oasis: Drive north from the northeast bus station, off-road through the scrub, staying west of the main road.

Sniping Position: Upon seeing cactus and palms, find a sniping position atop the rocks near the south center of the oasis area, overlooking the enemy stronghold.

Clear Defenders: Eliminate the defenders below with your sniper rifle from the rock ledge. Watch for assault vehicles and flankers. If defenders go to ground, use Molotovs to flush them out. It's not necessary to clear all hostiles.

Tag the Gold: Locate the ladders to access the underground gold cache and interact with it to complete the mission.

Escape: Re-supply before surfacing, claim an assault vehicle, and return to the bus station.

Subverted Mission Option: Go to the old fort, kill the King, and take his ring. This is recommended to be done at night for stealth.

Stealth Approach (Subverted Mission): Travel to the northwest bus station, then to the unguarded safe house southwest of it. Return to the northeast bus station, take a car, and drive south off-road. Stop near the first huge tree before the south end of the mountain. Proceed west on foot, staying near the mountainside, crouching to sneak past guards near the waterfront and the large structure. Avoid detection to prevent alerting patrolling SUVs.

Crossing the Road: Continue west, using derelict vehicles for cover. Listen for the patrolling SUV before crossing the road.

Bypass Guard Post: Continue south toward the guard post east of the objective. Stay crouched and hug the north cliff face to bypass it. Being spotted may initiate a firefight.
