Escape Port Saleo mission in Far Cry 2: Speak to the doctor, then escape the town when the cease-fire collapses. Includes weapon loadouts and walkthrough.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Park your SUV south of town on the road to the bus station, facing it to aid your getaway.
  2. 2
Go through the hole in the fence on the southwest side of town.
  3. 3
When you reach the cobblestone sidewalk, turn right and locate the tall, thin tower ahead.
  4. 4
Walk south into the alley next to the tower and note the benches against the stone wall; this is your escape route.
  5. 5
Start north through the alley near the blue building with the tall ladder to get to the clinic. Remember this route.
  6. 6
Equip your grenade launcher before entering the clinic.
  7. 7
Speak to the doctor. A citywide firefight will erupt due to your involvement with a weapons shipment.
  8. 8
Exit the clinic through the front door.
  9. 9
Immediately sprint straight ahead with your grenade launcher equipped, following the pathway you took to enter the clinic.
  10. 10
Use the grenade launcher to clear hostiles as you sprint toward the alleyway to the right of the tower.
  11. 11
Sprint down the alley, jump onto the left bench, and then jump over the wall to reach your waiting car.
  12. 12
Take the bus from Port Saleo to the southeast bus station and drive toward the marina.
  13. 13
Be aware of two patrol cars on the roadway; you will frequently have to deal with them.
  14. 14
Park your car well before entering the complex and get onto the rocks overlooking the harbor.
  15. 15
Use the flat rock overlooking the roofs as your perch and begin sniping.
  16. 16
Eliminate the hostiles on the barge with your sniper rifle.
  17. 17
Watch your right flank and continue sniping, moving into the lower area as resistance thins.
  18. 18
You can also swim to the barge and use grenade launchers to root out any stragglers.
  19. 19
When all hostiles are down or the “mission complete” message appears, talk to the skipper in the wheelhouse.
Tips
  • It is not necessary to destroy all patrol boats encountered during the initial boat voyage; strategically ducking behind cargo bundles can help avoid their guns.
  • You may become overwhelmed if you do not destroy some patrol boats.
  • Retrieve your PKM from near the wheelhouse before leaving the barge.
  • Tossing grenades into patrol craft vessels from above can be effective and fun.
  • Having at least two grenades in your grenade launcher can be highly beneficial for the coming action.
  • Going out the front of the clinic is the best alternative for escape, though not easy.
  • The rear exit of the clinic is more dangerous than the front.
  • The AS50 sniper rifle and the SAW assault rifle are available on Bowa-Seka convoys and will replace your current sniper rifle and PKM for the rest of the game.
  • The MGL-140 grenade launcher is available on the fourth Bowa-Seka convoy and is game-changing.
  • It is highly recommended to complete the Bowa-Seka convoy missions early on, as suggested weapons for many missions will include these convoy weapons.
