After the initial sniper encounter, land on the south shore near the bridge and walk south to access the dirt path leading to the safe house for a briefing. Stay near the road to avoid a patrolling assault truck with a grenade launcher.

After the briefing, drive the assault truck down the entry path and west. Park near the junction before the post office.

Position yourself on the rocky hillside east of the post office and scout the facility. Use the dart rifle on visible enemies.

Target the red barrel beyond the post office and the large propane tank with the grenade launcher to start a firestorm, flushing enemies into the open.

Eliminate enemies as they attempt to board vehicles or use the grenade launcher on approaching vehicles.

Once fires subside, move in with your assault weapon to mop up remaining enemies and retrieve the truck part. Restock ammo and grenades if available.

Drive north toward the clinic, stopping at the briefing location safe house to change weapons to the AS50 sniper rifle, M-79 grenade launcher, and SAW.

Continue north across the bridge, ignoring the red "Dental Clinic" sign. Be prepared for an assault truck or patrol car.

Stop near the isolated building near the canyon and approach the clinic on foot from the southwest through the narrow canyon visible on your map.

Locate and eliminate the sniper on the far hillside overlooking the clinic before engaging other enemies.

Use the narrow passage to snipe available targets, channeling enemy approaches. Be aware that retreating too far may allow patrolling vehicles to flank you.

Throw Molotovs into the area in front of the village to flush hostiles from cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects).

Move into the west side of the facility and clear all opposition before approaching the truck. Replenish ammo and health supplies after repairing the truck.

Drive the repaired truck west toward the guard post.

Park the truck on the slope near the broken fencing out of harm's way.

Move toward the guard post and use your grenade launcher on both parked assault trucks to eliminate most opposition.

Use your sniper rifle and then the SAW to neutralize remaining resistance and disable all vehicles, including an incoming patrol car and assault truck.

Board the truck and drive north into Sefapane.

Drive into the garage when your buddy opens the door.

Go to the bed of the truck and open the gas cylinder.

Flee the scene with your buddy.

Find a defensible position to help eliminate the numerous hostiles that will attack after the explosion. Use your SAW machine gun and grenades, as sniping is not ideal in the tight confines.
