1. Historia Strigidae Page - North of GCN: First up, head to the building with the Fast Travel point. Look for a large square hole on one of the lower surrounding roofs – you'll need to drop down into it. Once inside, follow the passage west until you reach a big open room. Across from you, there's an opening you can grapple to. Grapple over, follow the passage all the way into the next room, and the page will be on your left, right under a light.
2. Historia Strigidae Page - Elliot Center: This one's a breeze. Either teleport back to the Fast Travel point or climb out of the sewer. Head west to the Elliot Center. The page is hidden behind the large sign that's positioned above the main entrance, not the one directly over the door itself (that one says 'Edward H. Elliot Center').
3. Historia Strigidae Page - Blackgate Island: For this page, you might want to hop on your Batcycle. Cruise west towards Blackgate Island until you reach the main entrance. Just below and to your left, you'll spot a 'secret' path that winds around the building. Drop down onto this path, and as you round the corner, you'll see the page on the dilapidated wall right in front of you.
4. Historia Strigidae Page - Ferry Co.: Make your way back the way you came and head east across the bridge. Once you're off the bridge, head northwest, passing the Iceberg Lounge. You'll find the page stuck to the wall on the wooden roof situated on the southern edge of the Ferry Co. building.
5. Historia Strigidae Page - Newsstand (near Quartz Lab): The final page in the Financial District is located west of the Quartz Lab and east of the Ferry Co. building.
