    Citizen Chaos - Bomb Threat: This is the first of three crimes. You'll encounter citizens with bombs and patrolling goons. Aim to complete this undetected to avoid starting the bomb timers. There are bonus objectives for defeating all enemies and remaining undetected.

    Citizen Chaos - Kidnapping in Progress: Located west of the first crime in the Gotham Heights subdistrict. The objective is to defeat all enemies. A bonus objective is to perform two Perfect Attacks. After clearing the enemies, pick up the pill bottle from the back of the truck.

    Citizen Chaos - Armored Truck Robbery: The third crime is southeast of the second, also in Gotham Heights. Defeat all enemies. The bonus objective is to prevent any Freaks from stealing money, which can be done by staying near the truck. After defeating enemies, find a business card at the back of the armored truck.

    Return to the Belfry: Once all three crimes are completed, head back to the Belfry and speak with Alfred to progress the Harley Quinn case.
