Turn left past the tripmine and move forward. Look up to see a marine on an upper walkway. Shoot his legs, and he should run towards stairs leading down. Bash all the crates down there for more supplies. Finally, locate the big "SURFACE ACCESS" lift at the back and use its button to open it. Sometimes the lift glitches and seems to jam after loading. If that happens, just crouch and move around a bit to break free. Once the lift stops, crouch-hop onto the floor past it. Turn left and make a run for the corner with the first aid station on the wall. Stay to the left as you run, and you should make it past the outside marines without being spotted.
After quicksaving, go through the left side of the large doorway. Immediately turn left again and run past two sets of wooden crates. Turn right and head for the open door past another set of crates. It might be easier to crouch as you drop down to this door, as it's on slightly lower ground. As soon as you're through, climb down the ladder to reach section c1a3c.
Section c1a3c: DROPPING DOWN A SHAFT
Finish climbing down the ladder. Quickly bash the crates nearby for ammo, and use the first aid and HEV stations to top yourselves off. Move to the vent access door to open it. Back up a bit – a large explosion will send debris down the shaft past the door.
There shouldn't be any marines left in the shaft after that, but be ready with your assault rifle just in case. Move through the vent access door and drop down to the ledge on the right. Turn and try to drop onto the broken fan before falling to the metal walkway below. Find the large opening in the wall next to the walkway and run down it to return to section c1a3.
Section c1a3 (again): CRAWLWAY EXTRAS AND SILO DOOR CONTROL ROOM
When you reach the end of the shaft, quicksave before attempting to drop onto the narrow ledge below. Move along the ledge and enter a vent shaft. Go forward until you see an opening on your right. Drop down onto a green crate, then turn and crouch-walk under an unbreakable vent grating to grab some shotgun ammo. Crouch-jump back onto the green crate.
