Your first step is to grab the Fishing Harpoon. The absolute easiest place to find one is right on the beach in Cierzo, the very first area you start in. Just head down to the shore, and you should spot it lying around. It's hard to miss, and it's your key to unlocking this achievement.

Time to Fish

Once you've got your harpoon, the next step is to find some fish. The most straightforward approach is to stick close to the coast. Just follow the shoreline around Cierzo. You'll eventually spot fish swimming around in the shallows. When you see one, equip your harpoon and give it a toss!
